latest phase of greenwich builds housing completes

We’re proud to announce the completion of the latest phase of shedkm designed homes delivered as part of the Royal Borough of Greenwich’s ambitious Greenwich Builds programme. The newly completed sites at Sam Manners, Halsbrook, and Well Hall Road add to the growing portfolio of high-quality, sustainable council housing being delivered across the borough.

Sam Manners and Halsbrook

Each site presents a unique context and has been carefully designed to maximise space, light, and liveability for residents, responding sensitively to its surroundings and offering generous, dual-aspect layouts.

As with earlier phases, these homes have been precision-made using volumetric offsite construction methods, significantly reducing on-site disruption and enabling a faster, more sustainable build. The result is a confident new architecture that challenges outdated perceptions of council housing – offering residents private gardens, play areas, and well-connected streets that promote a sense of pride and community.

Well Hall Road

Our work across Greenwich Builds spans 86 homes on seven sites, all of which are 100% socially rented and delivered in partnership with the Royal Borough of Greenwich and Elkins Construction. Sam Manners, Halsbrook, and Well Hall mark the final pieces of this particular puzzle – each one a significant step towards addressing the housing crisis with care, imagination, and long-term impact.
